For short term testing Radon Detect uses E-Perm  electrets. These radon detectors have earned a reputation in the industry for delivering reliable accurate results. Liquid Scintillation and Charcoal radon test kits are time sensitive and may give inaccurate results if not analyzed within 7.6 days of completing the test. Retuning these kits in time can be a real challenge if shipping kits across Canada or shipping back to the United States.

For long term testing Radon Detect now supplies the AccuStar AT-100 alpha track radon gas test kits. These kits have been rated # 1 by a leading national advocacy group.
